Text us a photo of your tag
Every sprinkler riser, extinguisher and kitchen hood in your building carries a tag with its inspection dates on it. Send us a photo of one and we'll tell you what's due, when, and what it costs.
On a computer? The text button needs a phone — call us, or send the contact form.
What to send
The paper or metal tag wired to your sprinkler riser, hanging off an extinguisher, or on the kitchen hood cabinet. Close enough to read the dates.
So we know which jurisdiction you are in and who the authority having jurisdiction is.
A dripping valve, a gauge reading zero, a missing extinguisher. Photograph it and send that too.
What you get back
- What that tag says is due, and when it was last done
- What the code actually requires for that device, in plain English
- A price, and whether it can go on the same visit as anything else you have due
A real person reads it — usually the same day during office hours (Monday – Friday, 7:00am – 5:00pm). We are a family-run company, not a call centre, so if it is after hours you may get the reply first thing. For a system that is actually out of service, call (614) 526-4995 instead — that line is answered around the clock.
Rather we just looked at the whole building?
One contractor covers every system on the site — sprinkler, alarm, extinguishers, hood, backflow, pump, hydrant and exit lighting — on one schedule, with one set of records.
