# Fire Pump Weekly Self-Check

**Frequency:** Weekly

NFPA 25 calls for a weekly visual check of the pump room and controller, on top of your professional annual flow test.

## Checklist

- [ ] Pump room is accessible, heated, and free of standing water
- [ ] Controller shows no active alarm or trouble lights
- [ ] Pilot/power indicator lights show normal status
- [ ] No visible leaks around the pump or piping
- [ ] Fuel and oil levels look adequate (diesel-driven pumps only)
